Baking Turbot Fillets In Oven

Filet mignon or dainty fillet is among the most coveted cuts from the cow due its lovely tender texture and subtle flavor. Grease the foil just as you would the bottom of the tray or dish. Place your turbot in a large roasting pan or baking tray and massage the butter mixture into the fish. Cook for 15 20 minutes.
Bake into preheated oven uncovered for approximately 10 minutes or until the flesh is flakes or is no longer translucent. Measure fish fillets at the thickest part. If you don t have time to let the turbot marinate brush the fillets with the marinade right before cooking. Roast fish for 10 minutes per inch of thickness until the fish is opaque and tender when pierced with a fork but before it starts to flake.
