Courgette Recipes Lasagna
Whisk together the cream cheese and milk.
Courgette recipes lasagna. To assemble spread 1 1 2 cups of meat sauce in the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish. Add a quarter of the tomato sauce then cover with another layer of courgette strips. Add the ricotta and 2 tbsp of parmesan season and mix well. Season both sides of courgette slices with salt and pepper.
Heat the tomato sauce in the microwave for 2 mins on high until hot. Spread with one half of the ricotta cheese mixture. Heat the oven to 190c fan170c gas5. Repeat twice ending with courgette strips.
After 3 mins add the courgettes and garlic and continue to fry until the courgette has softened and turned bright green. Bake for 20 30 minutes until bubbling. Put the tomatoes on a baking tray with the garlic oil rosemary and a good pinch of seasoning. Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a pan.
In a small bowl combine ricotta 50g parmesan eggs and garlic. Cook the courgette garlic and chilli until soft. In a small bowl stir together ricotta parmesan and eggs and season the ricotta mixture with salt and pepper. Preheat oven to 180 c 160c fan.
Cook and stir courgette slices until lightly browned 2 to 3 minutes per side. Line with a layer of courgette slices. 1 pack fresh egg lasagne sheets 1tbsp sunflower oil 1 onion finely chopped 2 garlic cloves crushed 6 courgettes sliced into long strips using a mandolin. Stir in the thyme and tomatoes and cook for 10 to 12 minutes.
Spread a layer of pasta sauce over the bottom of prepared baking dish. Place over medium high heat. Layer courgette slices overlapping slightly on top of sauce. Slice courgette lengthwise into thick strips then place strips on a paper towel lined baking tray to drain.
Stir in 2 3 of both the ricotta and the cheddar then season to taste. Brush with oil and sprinkle over the last of the parmesan. Bake for 25 30 mins until soft then discard the rosemary and peel off the garlic skin. Top with a layer of ricotta.
Arrange 6 noodles lengthwise over meat sauce. Lightly grease a non stick pan with cooking oil.
