Bake scallops in a casserole dish with seasonings try butter dry white wine and lemon juice at 350 f. Remove the small side muscle from the scallops rinse with cold water and thoroughly pat dry. Gently turn the scallops and add the butter and garlic to the pan. To test for doneness use an instant read thermometer.
